Hi Richard,

sorry for asking this question. Probably it was asked times before. But
i cannot help myself.

I like to monitor the directory /foo together with it's children but not
/foobar. But i don't want to monitor *.log files in it nor changes of
the directory itself.
I tried

 /foo$ R
 /!foo$
 /!foo/.*\.log$
 /!foo/.*/.*\.log$

but it doesn't work.

More strange: What if the directories name contains dots? I.e.

 /weird\.directory$ R
 $/weird\.directory$

It looks like "/weird.directory" doesn't become a node.
However it doesn't work at all.

Thanks in advance!
Welf
