[Aide] AIDE 0.19.4 bugfix release

AIDE version 0.19.4 was published.

This is a bugfix release.

The most noteworthy changes between v0.19.3 and v0.19.4 are:
    * Fix segfault on db line with missing tokens
    * Fix segfault on limit matching encoded filename
    * Extend expiration dates of GPG key in SECURITY.md
    * Fix groff warnings in aide.conf.5
    * Drop local getopt_long() implementation
    * Support build with nettle 4
