So, it seems like it can't find libgcrypt, but I know I have it installed. There are the packages installed on my system:
libgcrypt-1.5.3-14.el7.x86_64
libgcrypt-devel-1.5.3-14.el7.x86_64

Can you please try to explicitly enable gcrypt via './configure --with-gcrypt --without-mhash`
and provide the full output of the `./configure` run?
