No idea if this might help, but I had worked up a proof of concept some 
years ago (back when postgresql 9 was current)

It needs a lot of work; like actually reading the RPM database directly 
and not using rpm --queryformat pushing OSV (Obnoxiously Separated 
Values) for output.
