[Aide] AIDE 0.18.1 release

AIDE version 0.18.1 has just been released.

You can download it from https://github.com/aide/aide/releases

Please ALWAYS verify the signature of a release file before using it (see

The most noteworthy changes between v0.18 and v0.18.1 are:
    * Fix handling of empty growing files
    * Fix segfault when using --dry-init
    * Update README
