[Aide] Protecting multiple containers

Hello,

I'm working on a build environment for a collection of containers,
https://gitlab.com/arpa2/mkroot/
and since it automatically derives scripts and setup from a general
configuration, I am considering to integrate Aide config + DB as well.
The generated rootfs would be a perfect target for this purpose.

Ideally, I would want to generate the database, and even upgrade it
after an individual container rebuild.  This kind of "scoping" to a
partial filesystem (the per-container rootfs) is not possible with
Aide, right?  Would it be a useful extension?
