1.4.2011-present Bitwise Oy Working as a Systems Manager responsible for the entire Bitwise IT-infrastructure. Including but not limited to Servers,Virtual servers, Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, and others) , GDPR, Information security, Networking, Procurement, Team lead. Go-to guy for anything IT.
1.9.2010-31.3.2011 Oracle Continuing my duties as a systems support engineer as detailed below after Oracle acquired Sun Microsystems.
1.9.1999-31.8.2010 Sun Microsystems Working as a systems support engineer. I give support for various pieces of Sun Software and Hardware. Including Sun Cluster software, Netbackup, Solaris, various volume management software. Work is independent customer support as a part of a team. Duties also include installations and configuration of servers. I have also worked as a trainer for Sun. Courses taught include Solaris system administration I/II, Shell Programming, TCP/IP networking.1996-1999 Tampere University of Technology I worked as systems administrator, while studying for my Master of Science degree in the same. My duties included network administration, systems administration, student hearding, training and programming. The course I taught was a tailored course about network security. Also received training at Tietoverkko instituutti for network protocols/router administration.
