[Aide] AIDE has been moved to GitHub

AIDE has been moved form SourceForge to GitHub.

From now on you can find the source code of AIDE at

https://github.com/aide/aide

The release files are available at

https://github.com/aide/aide/releases

For issues, feature and pull requests use the AIDE issue tracker at

https://github.com/aide/aide/issues

The existing tickets on SourceForge will be migrated within the next
weeks, if they are still valid. If you have any open AIDE ticket you can
help by closing the SourceForge ticket and opening a new GitHub issue if
it needed.

The mailing lists (aide-announce, aide-commits, aide-devel,
aide-tracker) on SourceForge are now deprecated and will be deleted
soon. Please watch the project or code repository on GitHub to receive
notifications for new releases, issues or pull requests. For discussions
about the development of AIDE just use the aide at ipi.fi mailing list.

Furthermore there is now a discussion channel #aide on irc.oftc.net.

The website of AIDE is now https://aide.github.io
