[Aide] Dead project

Hi,

I've been a user of aide for year but it looks like the project is dead.
You can't use it on a fresh debian 9.2.

You can apt-get install aide but it doesn't create the conf file, there is
no /var/lib/aide, nor /var/lib/aide/aide.db.

It doesn't understand simple commands like aide --init or /usr/sbin/aide
--init

Really sad about this...
