[Aide] Renaming aide.db.new cause false positives

I generally only copy over aide.db.new to aide.db.  And I have
OwnerMode = p+u+g+ftype
VarFile = OwnerMode+n+l+X
/var/lib/aide/aide\.db(\.new)?$ VarFile
