[Aide] Daily email check results

Dear all,

I've been trying to properly use AIDE, but even when it looks allright I
end up with lots of strange messages in my daliy email, such as :

Entry /root/.aptitude in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /root/.aptitude/config in databases has different attributes: 800003bbd 1a0020081d
...
Entry /var/cache/man/sl in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/cache/man/es in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/cache/man/ro in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/cache/man/cat7 in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/cache/man/sv in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/cache/man/id in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
...
Entry /var/lib/apt in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
Entry /var/lib/exim4 in databases has different attributes: 800000bbd 1a00200a1d
...

I do not understand what these messages means.

The steps I executed to initialize AIDE are as follow:

# aide -c /etc/aide/aide.conf --init
# cp /var/lib/aide/aide.db.new /var/lib/aide/aide.db
# aide -c /etc/aide/aide.conf --check
# aide -c /etc/aide/aide.conf --update

And then when I look at the results, both for check and update, I don't
get these "different attributes" messages. Only on the daily emailed
results.

Could anyone help me to understand what AIDE is trying to tell me?
