[Aide] warning/error "do_md(): ...Value too large for defined data type"

I'm getting this message at the top of my aide report for two large
backup files in one directory (2.1 and 3.6 GB).  Is this a warning
that I should ignore, or an error?

And if it's an error, should I fix it by customizing the configuration
to remove one of the checksum types for these files?
