[Aide] Need a bit of help configuring AIDE

You are right I am using the Debian package of aide.

My problems come from the fact that the output I get still contains
files about which I don't want to hear about even with the config lines
I pasted in my previous message. In the daily output this morning I
still had the following:
- added/removed files in /etc/tinydns/log/main
- changed files for every mysql files in /var/lib/mysql
Should I completely ignore those folders or there is some configs I
could use to still monitor them for major changes without being bothered
with changes from daily uses?

Thank you for your help
