I think the proper lines are

Copyright 1999-2002 by Rami Lehti <rammer at cs.tut.fi> and Pablo
Virolainen <pablo at cs.tut.fi>

Copyright 2003-2008 by Richard van den Berg <richard at vdberg.org>, Rami
Lehti <rammer at ipi.fi>, Pablo Virolainen <pablo at ipi.fi>

And perhaps Mike and Marc can also claim some copyright as well.
I think some of your patches are included as well.

Kind Regards,
Rami Lehti
