[Aide] regexp or multiple rules?

Automatically generating 1 rule per file is simple, not so error prone
and easier to read. A nice regex rule is more elegant of course. Btw, I
remember a bug in aide which limited it to 65k rules. A user hit it (and
we fixed the bug), and I didn't hear him complain about performance..
