[Aide] Aide version 0.13-rc1 released

I just release aide version 0.13-rc1. Please download it at

and give it a try.

The most notable changes are:

* Added support for selinux and xattr attributes
  (kindly contributed by Redhat)
* Added support for the Linux Audit System
  (kindly contributed by Redhat)
* Fixed usage of libgcrypt instead of libmhash
* Fixed bugs
