[Aide] CVS access to aide has changed

Sourceforge changed the way that the aide source code can be accessed
through CVS.

In short, the host name has change from cvs.sourceforge.net to
aide.cvs.sourceforge.net.

This means the CVSROOT for anonymous access has changed to:
:pserver:anonymous at aide.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/aide
