[Aide] Reproducible SIGSEGVs with 0.11 release on OpenBSD 3.9-REL

The attached patch of gen_list.c in add_file_to_tree fixes 3  
occurrences,
where file-> attr was touched after it has been released.
This fixes the SIGSEGVs, seen on OpenBSD.
