[Aide] Aide version 0.13.1 released

I just release aide version 0.13.1. It can be downloaded at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=86976&package_id=90460&release_id=471487

This is a bug fix only release. It has the following changes compared to
aide 0.13:

* Fixed bug with reading gzipped aide.db files
* Removed dead ustat code

Thanks to Marc Haber for reporting and testing the issue with gzipped files.
