Hi all,

could somebody please explain what this message "error mmap'ing ..." means.
We get it for some ordinary apache executables and shared libs on HP-UX 11.
Whats wrong with them?

Thanks in advance
Welf

Bernd,

Don't scan pseudofilesystems - procfs, devfs, fdescfs, lofs, unionfs, etc.
Stick to just the local filesystems with UFS semantics (with the possible exception of VM based UFSs such as FreeBSD's md/mfs).

See "df -htufs" (or df -hFufs, depending on the platform).
