[Aide] ARF/ANF patch breaking new/removed reporting (was: Allow ARF as opposite to ANF?)

Today's cvs snapshot reports added/removed files just fine, at least
with the ANF/ARF clauses commented out in the configuration file. I
will report tomorrow whether ANF/ARF works.
