[Aide] aide.conf doesn't work under cygwin

Just for laughs, does the configuration file have strange things like 
carriage-return or line-feeds in it?  I'm not sure if Cygwin handles DOS 
<crlf> text line endings right.  This way the regexps might include the 
<cr> as part of the expression.
