[Aide] send email only if aidedb changes

You don't want to do that... picture this... Hacker exploits your system, and disables Aide. Since you never get an email message, you assume the system is OK.

As it stands now, (hopefully) you'd notice that you didn't get an email message, and start looking into the problem

Hi. Currently, AIDE sends out an email weather or not the AIDE database 
has changed.  How can we get AIDE to only send out an email when there 
has been a change?
