[Aide] hash cannot be calculated

It means that one of the following attributes was changed between the 
moment the file was added to the inclusion list and the moment that the 
hash was about to be calculated.

st_ino
st_mode
st_nlink
st_size
st_mtime
st_ctime
st_blocks
st_blksize
st_rdev
st_gid
st_uid
st_nlink
st_dev

Basically, aide refuses to store a hash for a file along with attributes 
that it knows have been changed.

Most likely /usr/bin/co was changed during your first 'aide --init' and 
not during the second run.
